All Veloryn products come with a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within that period and we will review your request promptly and fairly in accordance with the conditions below.
1. Overview
Veloryn (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells digital products — primarily WordPress plugins — through our website at veloryntech.com. Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are granted at our discretion in accordance with the terms described in this policy.
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
3. Eligible Reasons for a Refund
A refund may be granted if one or more of the following conditions apply:
- The plugin does not work as described on the product page and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- A critical bug or conflict prevents the core functionality of the plugin from working, and our support team cannot provide a fix.
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error.
- The product purchased is substantially different from what was advertised.
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we are committed to making the plugin work for your setup.
4. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchase or no longer need the product.
- You purchased the plugin by mistake (please review the product page carefully before buying).
- The plugin is incompatible with a third-party theme, plugin, or custom code not maintained by Veloryn.
- You lack the technical knowledge to install or configure the plugin — our documentation and support team are available to assist.
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- The plugin has already been used on a live production site and you are satisfied with its functionality but wish to receive a refund anyway.
- You have violated our Terms of Service or attempted to exploit the plugin or our systems.
5. Theme & Plugin Compatibility
Our plugins are tested with the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and popular themes. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin or custom theme available in the ecosystem. If you experience a compatibility issue, please contact our support team — we will do our best to investigate and provide guidance. Incompatibility with software not maintained by Veloryn is not grounds for an automatic refund, but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis within the 7-day window.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@veloryntech.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following information:

Incomplete requests may delay processing. We will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank. We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.
8. License Revocation Upon Refund
When a refund is processed, your product license will be revoked. You will no longer be entitled to use the plugin, receive updates, or access premium support. Continued use of the plugin after a refund has been issued constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@veloryntech.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks incur fees and administrative overhead that hurt small independent developers. We are always willing to resolve issues directly and fairly. Accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing Veloryn products.

Veloryn reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
